The crack of gunfire is as American as apple pie, baseball, reality television, political discourse, war, and the 2nd Amendment itself. There is nothing more beautiful than an American living within the confines of the law?which is to own and operate a weapon. You have to love it. It?s a right that few people in the world enjoy like us. It?s a right that few people in the world enjoy like us. It?s a right that few people vehemently defend like us. It?s written in who we are. It?s something we?ve taken to court, launched wide-spread media campaigns about, and have exercised in public forums to prove a point. It has gotten us through wars and civil strife. Nothing preserves liberty like the crack of gunfire.
