Members Only Liberty Tree T-Shirt

A large elm tree in Boston became the central gathering place for revolutionaries as opposed to King George and the policies of the crown. The townsfolk named it the Liberty Tree and used it as a staging point for many of their meetings and protests. A flag pole was established next to the tree that would raise the flag above the Liberty Tree to signal protestors to meet. Colonists from up and down the east coast began to name their own Liberty Trees as it became one of the unifying colonial symbols of the American Revolution.
