Normal vs. Vintage Fit Shirts... what is the difference? Normal fit shirts fit true to size, are pre-shrunk, and are printed on 100% ringspun cotton. Vintage fit shirts, on the other hand, are generally a 60/40 cotton/poly blend that fit a half size smaller than our normal fit shirts.

The Irish Brigade. Five regiments;
63rd New York Infantry
69th New York Infantry
88th New York Infantry
29th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry
28th Massachusetts Infantry regiment
116th Pennsylvania Infantry
Irish volunteers to the Union Army during the American Civil War. Were they badass? Well, yeah. Their commander, Gen. Francis Meagher, armed 8 line companies of each NY regiment with the outdated Model 1842 smoothbore musket. Why would he do that you ask? Well, he figured his guys would be doing most of their fighting within “bad breath” distance of the enemy and he wanted them to have the ability to shoot “buck and ball” ammunition. You know, because it’s kind of shotgunny and what not. I mean, nothing says “I came to win” like amputating torsos with a low budget scattergun. These guys were the truth.
Of the original regiments, the Fighting 69th still remains. “Faugh a ballagh!”
