USS YMS-329 was an auxiliary motor minesweeper used by the US Navy during WWII. They were small wood-hulled vessels originally designated yard minesweepers (YMS) and kept the abbreviation YMS after being redesignated.

The type proved successful and led to the bass of the AMS type US Navy minesweeper.
