There you are at the restaurant sipping on a nice bourbon while you look over the menu. There’s a couple at the table next to you. The waiter asks them if they are ready to order. Is it Non-GMO, locally sourced, free-range, cage-free Salmon?” Before the waiter has a chance to answer the flurry of headache-inducing interrogatives you take a pull off of your 23-year Pappy, lean over slightly and say; “If you catch it yourself you don’t have to ask those things, do you?”
