RANGER UP T-SHIRT CLUB FAQs

HEY! I’M A MEMBER BUT I AM UNABLE TO PURCHASE A CLUB EXCLUSIVE SHIRT! WHAT GIVES?

In order to access the club exclusive shirts you must be a registered user on www.rangerup.com. Creating a shirt club subscription does not automatically register an account. Once you have a login and password it is as simple as logging into your account, going to the RU Club Exclusives portion of the web site, and shopping as you normally would.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To manage your subscription on our website, click on “Logged in as…” and you will be taken to your account. From this location you can direct your mouse over to “Manage Subscriptions” which is located under “Account Details” and your name on the right of the page. Here you may update your size, your billing information, and whether you’d like to cancel the service.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RU T-SHIRT CLUB?

Shirt club shirts are screen printed monthly on or around the same day of each month. As such, we have a cut off of the 15th of each month. Subscriptions which are began after this date will be placed into the queue for the following month’s shirt. This creates a situation where shirt deliveries will lag one month. For instance, if a subscription began on the 16th of the month then that payment reserves a spot for the following month’s shirt. Each month the shirts are shipped between the 12th and the 15th.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED EACH MONTH?

You will be charged the 3rd of each month for the recurring order. If you placed your initial order on or before the cutoff date of the 15th of the month then you will be charged the following 3rd of the month. If you place your order after the cutoff date of the 15th then you will not be charged until the 3rd of the month following the next month. Examples:

Customer orders September 15th, the next payment will be October 3rd.

Customer orders September 16th, the next payment will be November 3rd.

AM I ABLE TO PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION? 

Yes- you can. Please contact us via email or phone to make this change. 

I WANT TO CANCEL! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

To cancel your subscription on our website, simply click on “Logged in as…” and you will be taken to your account. From this location you can direct your mouse over to ‘’Subscriptions’’ which is located under “Account Details” and your name on the left side of the screen. Under “Actions” click “Cancel” and if preferred, the reasoning for cancellation of your subscription. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SIZE? 

To manage your subscription on our website, simply click on “Logged in as…” and you will be taken to your account. From this location you can direct your mouse over to “Manage Subscriptions” which is located under “Account Details” and your name on the right of the page. Under “Actions” click “Edit”. Here you can click on “Change Product Variant” and select the new size you would like. 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION

To manage your subscription on our website, simply click on “Logged in as…” and you will be taken to your account. From this location you can direct your mouse over to “Billing Information” which is located under “Account Details” and your name on the right of the page. From here click on “Update Card” on the right side of the screen. Enter updated card credentials. After credentials have been entered click “Update Card”.
