Operation Cobra 75th Anniversary T-Shirt

July 25th, 2019 is the 75th anniversary of Operation Cobra - The Allied Breakout of Normandy. Although the Allies suffered ~2000 casualties, mostly due to blue on blue fratricide, they effectively devastated the Axis forces in Southern France accumulating 10,000 kills and 50,000 prisoners of war.

Paris would be liberated within 30 days.

While the operation was a success and resulted in a full Axis retreat, it would become a teaching point for close air support and multi-national unit coordination.
